Paul Bordenkircher has spent the last twenty years building a wide base of knowledge in the fields of studio production, live sound, marketing and promotions. Mesa Sand Productions, part of the Mesa Sand Ventures, LLC family, offers independent artists the kind of background and knowledge gained only from hands-on experience in the challenging entertainment industry.

1. •He has worked for two of the world's largest record labels - EMI Music and Integrity Label Group.
   

2. • In 1998, he developed an innovative new independent label from scratch - RPJ Records.
   

3. •He has also worked at some of the world's most prestigious recording studios including Paisley Park Studios and the former Power Station Recording (Avatar Studios).
   

4. •In addition to his many other ventures, Paul teaches part time at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Music Technology and Music Business.
